Overview of the Role:

We are seeking a German Marketing and Phone Assistant to join our growing Global Medical Panel team. The EU Panel Marketing and Phone Assistant is responsible for working with the EU Panel Team on the strategy and execution of recruitment initiatives, ensuring that outsource and registration targets are met. It is also responsibility of the EU Marketing and Phone Assistant to lead and execute the recruitment tasks of the assigned projects and handle German respondents’ support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruitment work:

· Recruit M3 Global Research panellists via phone and carry out cold calling to recruit respondents on allocated projects

· Call Healthcare professionals and get them to become active members of the M3 HCP panel

· The support recruitment strategy of Healthcare professionals through social media following the process provided by the marketing team

· Use desktop systems to generate insight regarding our panel and projects

· Report results of recruitment efforts to the line manager in the agreed format

· Proactively seek and propose to the line manager alternative recruitment solutions which could include (but not exclusively) email campaigns, desk research, referrals, LinkedIn campaigns, and text messages

· Inform the line manager of any recruitment issues, delays and foreseeable problems that can affect the successful delivery of the project, making sure the Project Coordinator and the Project Manager are provided with accurate information.

· Recruit market research participants for assigned markets and projects via phone, email and other media

· Be intellectually curious about market research to understand who our doctors are and how we can reach them

· Ensure excellent attention to detail

· Build working relationships across departments to ensure insight is well communicated and understood

Support work:

· Provide high quality support to M3 Global Research members via telephone and email/support ticket communications

· Work across multiple systems to investigate, troubleshoot and handle inquiries and complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution

· Work with the Project Management team to resolve project specific issues for members/respondents

· Ensure that respondent inquiries are handled according to company policy regarding outcomes and time to resolution

· Build and maintain strong relationships with the panel members through timely and professional communication

· Provide input on and assist with updating communication procedures, guidelines, and enhancements to the Support Ticket System

· Work with other members of the global Panel team, report and resolve potential issues with internal and external systems and processes

· Support list match work when German language skills are required

· Investigate fraud respondents and take action based on M3 data quality procedures

· Complete the verification process for newly registered members

. Complete link testing for online Market Research projects and overlays for qualitative projects


Qualifications, skills and knowledge:

· Degree level or equivalent

· Fluent in English

· German native

· Second language desirable

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Able to quickly build professional relationships both internally and externally

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

. Knowledge of quality control in respect to procedures desirable
