German Speaking Telemarketing Assistant (Healthcare Market Research)

Overview of the Role:

Are you someone who can quickly build a rapport on the phone? Do you have excellent German and English language skills?

We are currently growing our Telemarketing team to support our Global Medical Panel team. Our Marketing and Phone Assistants are responsible for reaching out to doctors and physicians to encourage participation in our global panel. Ensuring we continue to grow our global panel is key to us being able to execute our research projects on behalf of our pharma and other clients. The role is currently London based but for the right candidate we can be flexible within the UK or Europe.

Duties and Responsibilities:


Qualifications, skills and knowledge:

· Degree level or equivalent

· German as a first language

· Fluent English (written and spoken)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Able to quickly build professional relationships both internally and externally

. Knowledge of quality control in respect to procedures desirable

Personal qualities:

· Eye for detail and accuracy

· Excellent organisational and time management skills

· Team player

· Responsive and able to work well under pressure

· Solution orientated and proactive

· Confident on the phone

· Proficient at Excel

Enjoy working with and comfortable with large amounts of data
