As an Assistant Management Accountant, you will manage the accounts Payable and expense processes and administer all supplier and staff payments. You will support the month end process up to trial balance and provide assistance to the wider team including routine and non-routine reporting.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing supplier relationships
  • Controlling Purchasing Process – ensuring relevant approval for invoices through PO’s
  • Managing Staff Expenses process
  • Ensuring timely payment to all suppliers and staff
  • Processing all bank transactions and reconciliations
  • Month end duties including Accruals, Prepayment, Fixed Assets, Payroll
  • Producing Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Quarterly VAT return and reporting

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • The ideal candidate will have Strong System skills
  • Strong Excel skills
