Studio Business Developer

As Studio BD you will be primarily accountable for developing new customer contacts, building a rich and healthy sales pipeline, and converting the pipeline into revenue. This should be at the foundation of all that you do. Your impact should be demonstrable through KPI reporting.

Overall key focus will be sales, profitability, and growth percentage within the business and developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of new customers for future growth.

Vital to your role will be the ability to envision and structure a department that maximises less traditional M3GR work streams and takes opportunity to exploit workloads currently outsourced.

Developing and improving business relations with all existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Providing direction to the studio Account Management and Bid Team

Ensuring excellent project delivery by working with and providing guidance to the Operational team

Developing and maintaining a strong work relationship with key opinion leaders and prospective customers in the market research industry by attending industry conferences, trade fairs and exhibition

Collaborating closely with the Head of Qual on developing new services for our clients

Acting as an ambassador and role model for your business
