Requirements

Product Manager Duties

  • Able to drive requirements gathering and ensures successful delivery of features and initiatives
  • Conducts competitive research and data analysis
  • You will be comfortable managing the backlog of Jira tickets
  • Experience of Agile/Scrum, Stakeholder Engagement, Sprint Planning, Product Vision
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Coordination of internal and external resources for the flawless execution of the business
  • Ensuring that all tasks are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Report and escalate to management as appropriate
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Abel to manage projects through development process and look for ways to continuously improve processes
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Establishes feature level KPIs, tracks and analyses performance and ensures reporting to stakeholders

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • A track record of creating and delivering ambitious, impactful and successful products
  • Proven experience in project management
  • An ability to bring product management best practice to the business
  • Proven track record on establishing and consistently delivering KPIs and meeting deadlines
  • Experience working with API development, data products, third-party data sources and data integration between multiple platforms
  • Ability to take ownership of product ideas from conception to successful delivery
  • Ability to bring disparate needs, priorities and teams together to deliver results
  • Ability to create effective requirements whether as RFPs, User Stories or detailed technical needs documentation
  • Technical background, with understanding of hands-on experience in software development, database and web technologies
  • Effective communication, negotiation, networking and presentation skills
  • Good forward planning and organisational skills
  • Impeccable time management and flexibility in the role
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work across multiple products
  • Self-motivated, driven, positive and able to use own initiative
  • An outgoing and confident approach
  • Commercially aware
  • Strong with numbers and attention to detail
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Proven expertise in strategic and logical thinking with analytical skills
  • Experience product management experience
  • Proficient using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Visio, Project
