Your core role will be to deliver robust, insightful and sophisticated analytics services across a wide portfolio of clients. You will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to provide input and insight into key account management and business development, and will work as part of the Business Insight and Commercial Strategy team to develop products and services that will create new revenue streams for M3.



Be a key stakeholder as part of the M3 Analytics offering to commercialise M3's first party

  • Take responsibility for and lead the delivery of assigned projects
  • Work with Project Management and other relevant internal teams to deliver face to face training on analytics results for specific projects
  • Working closely with colleagues to develop M3 Analytics products and services
  • Input into sales collateral and pricing
  • Attend and participate in meetings (internal and client-facing) to be the representative of M3 Analytics

Gather, monitor and analyse campaign performance and user data to provide detailed and meaningful insight, both internally and externally

  • Review historical campaign data to derive evidence-based marketing metrics for use in client proposals/pitches/M3 creds
  • Work with internal teams (e.g. Product, Engagement Team, Data Team) to analyse product performance in order to optimise products for doctors and clients
  • Leading the production and delivery of complex programme reports, including analysis and commentary to give context to the data, that will help the Client Services team demonstrate strategic competencies to clients
  • Delivering M3 Analytics services such as ROI analysis, user profiling analysis, share of voice analysis
  • Working with internal teams to produce user behaviour reports, in order to:

  • Commercialise M3’s first-party data
  • Partnerships with clients: Support the Client Services and Sales Teams to propose programmes that are relevant to the members’ preferences, and will achieve clients’ strategic objectives
  • Position M3 as a thought leader
  • Support new commercial product development

Support M3-specific business analysis, including:

  • Sales operations and profitability
  • Support the senior management team by producing detailed analysis of revenue and sales data to provide robust, insightful business performance reports
  • Analysis of the sales and revenue trackers on a monthly/quarterly/yearly/ad hoc basis
  • Leading the production and delivery of management reports, e.g. sales and revenue analysis by sector/client/channel/market on a monthly/quarterly/yearly/ad hoc basis
  • Analyse M3’s processes and costs to understand profitability, and work with internal stakeholders to develop a plan to improve profitability
  • Market insight and M3 growth strategy
  • Work with the Business Insight Directors to analyse revenue potential by client, agency, product, including profiling of M3’s customer base to identify potential where M3 is currently under-represented
  • Prepare succinct and accurate competitor analysis and M3’s market share
  • Support the identification of future growth strategies bases on analysis of internal and external market data


Qualifications & experience

  • Educated to Degree level, or equivalent
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to quickly understand new business opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills

M3 Europe is based in Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire. However there is a possibility of this role being based in a group company office in London, with the need to travel to Milton Park from time to time. The role is client facing so you will be expected to travel to meet with clients as required, including trips outside of the UK.
