Description

The Account Executive position offers an entry level opportunity with on the job support and training to develop your skills and experience making you a pivotal member of the Client Service team. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback and insight from multiple campaigns to improve content and campaign delivery for our doctor members and clients. The role will also provide exposure to account planning, industry trends and will facilitate the active sharing of knowledge with wider teams within the business.

Requirements

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pre-sales:

  • Scoping activities: Liaising with internal teams and collating data/information to feed into proposals e.g. Historical campaign performance, current client activities, member profile information and landscaping information
  • Proposals: Populating costing sheets pre-sale, completing templated presentations
  • Third party liaison: Discussions with external suppliers to define scope and obtain quotes for campaigns

Delivery

  • Campaign Kick-offs: Populating templated presentations for Client Services team to finalise

Post Delivery

  • Campaign reporting: Populating templated reports through coordinating necessary internal stakeholders and collating required information

General

  • Supporting the teams with queries relating to campaign KPIs, collating data for background research, reporting and client requests

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Qualifications & experience

  • Educated to Degree level, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-focused
  • Interest in Healthcare

Communication

  • Strong written, listening and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Diplomacy and relationship building skills
  • Will be able to motivate themselves to deliver beyond expectation while maintaining credibility and trust
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely throughout the organisation



M3 Europe is based in Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire. However there is a possibility of this role being based in a group company office in London, with the need to travel to Milton Park from time to time. The role is client facing so you will be expected to travel to meet with clients as required, including trips outside of the UK.
